• Fit Out, Project Management and Design

    Our fit out project management and quantity surveying team is here to guide occupiers through to the completion of their new office environment. This process can be broken down into two distinct phases:

    Pre-agreement - Search and acquisition support

    Before any lease is signed, we assist the Real Estate team in evaluating potential spaces, assessing their technical suitability and comparing the fit out and occupancy costs. Our real estate team can then use this information to negotiate improvements with the landlord on your behalf. At this stage, our services can include:

    • Test fits
    • Technical analysis of buildings - points for negotiation
    • Budgets and programmes
    • Space planning and conceptual design
    • Licence for alteration application

    Post-agreement - Fit out and relocation project management

    Once the lease is signed, we will work with you to deliver a high-quality fit out that is on time and on budget. The key to this is properly specifying the scope of the project so that contractors can be accurately compared and costs negotiated down.

    We will introduce the best and most appropriate designers or architects in the industry to bring your visions to life.

    As well as helping you to appoint contractors, vendors and service providers such as designers and services consultants, our fit out project management team will oversee the work from start to finish. Our service at this stage covers:

    • Detailed design - using appointed sub-consultants (interior, mechanical, electrical)
